Her career began in private practice, where she spent 13 years representing senior housing operators and companies in areas such as general and professional liability defense, employment practices liability claims, and workers’ compensation defense.

Following her time in private practice, she served as a risk management consultant for over 7 years, exclusively focusing on the senior housing sector with owners and operators across the country. This experience has equipped her with an understanding of the complex regulatory landscapes and the importance of compliance in the industry.
