Greg Corns currently serves as Vice President of the Serviam Value-Based Care Alliance in Virginia, where he is a driving force behind advancing value-based care strategies that improve resident outcomes, enhance care delivery, and optimize healthcare costs. Passionate about transforming senior care, Greg views value-based care not only as a way to achieve shared savings, but as an opportunity to fundamentally reshape how care is provided to seniors. His approach focuses on a holistic, comprehensive model that prioritizes better outcomes for residents and a more sustainable care framework for the community.

Before joining Serviam, Greg was a key leader at Solterra Senior Living, overseeing operations across eight communities in Arizona and Colorado. In his role, he played a critical part in Solterra’s transition to value-based care, partnering with the state’s Medicaid provider to integrate advanced predictive technology. This initiative enabled Solterra to harness data-driven strategies that improved care coordination, resulting in tangible, measurable improvements in resident health and overall quality of care.
