Michelle M. Pierce is Chief Operating Officer, Principal and Co-Founder of Providence One Partners, LLC (“Providence One”), a value-driven, multi-disciplined real estate investment, development and management company focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in select Florida markets. Michelle is a dynamic developer and leader with thirty plus years’ experience in driving results across an array of multi-family, senior living, commercial and mixed-use developments. She has successfully sourced more than $200M in new land acquisitions and developed more than 7,000 homes and apartment homes combined.
In 2020, Michelle and her partner Tom Green, founded Providence Senior Living, LLC, a management company for independent, assisted living and memory care communities. Providence Senior living asset manages and/or manages five communities in Florida.
Michelle was named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s ‘Women Who Mean Business’ award in 2017. She has an eye for talent and the unique ability to inspire her team to achieve unparalleled creativity while meeting budget and schedule constraints. Her multifamily projects have received multiple awards, including the prestigious Golden Nugget (silver) for best Senior Living Development Renovation.
Michelle has an MBA from the American University in Washington, D.C. with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a B.S. from Wake Forest University in Business and Accounting. She served on Seminole State College’s Board of Directors on the University of Florida’s Real Estate Advisory Council and is a former member of CREW Orlando. Michelle is very active in her church.
